Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of Fun AI Creator, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers. It governs:

  • Text prompts submitted for generation
  • Images, videos, or other files uploaded to the platform
  • AI-generated output created through our service
  • Account behavior, including automated access and API usage
  • Any interaction with the platform, its users, or its staff

By using Fun AI Creator, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in content removal, account suspension, termination, legal action, and forfeiture of payments.

2. Prohibited Illegal Activities

You may not use Fun AI Creator for any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or ours. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Fraud, scams, phishing, or social engineering
  • Identity theft, forgery, or creation of false official documents
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
  • Drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, or human trafficking
  • Cyberattacks, hacking, malware distribution, or network intrusion
  • Evading law enforcement or obstructing justice
  • Any other activity that is illegal under local, national, or international law

3. Prohibited: Adult, NSFW & Sexual Content

Fun AI Creator strictly prohibits the generation of sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. This includes:

  • Nudity or partial nudity intended for sexual gratification
  • Sexual acts, sexual poses, or sexually suggestive depictions
  • Fetish content or content designed to arouse
  • Erotic or pornographic imagery of any kind, including stylized or artistic renderings

No exceptions: This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content depicts real or fictional people, anime/illustrated characters, or abstract forms.

4. Prohibited: Content Involving Minors

Any content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses minors (persons under 18) is strictly prohibited. This includes:

  • Sexualized depictions of minors (real or fictional, including AI-generated)
  • Content that normalizes, promotes, or encourages child exploitation
  • Content that grooms, entices, or targets minors for harmful purposes
  • Depictions of minors in violent, abusive, or degrading contexts

We report all suspected child exploitation content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Prohibited: Non-Consensual Deepfakes & Impersonation

You may not generate content that impersonates real individuals without their explicit consent. Prohibited uses include:

  • Deepfakes or synthetic media designed to impersonate a real person
  • Using someone's name, likeness, or identity to create misleading content
  • Generating images or videos of real celebrities, public figures, or private individuals without permission
  • Creating false evidence, fake endorsements, or defamatory synthetic content

6. Prohibited: Hate Speech, Harassment & Violence

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, violence, or harassment is prohibited:

  • Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Content glorifying, encouraging, or instructing violence or terrorism
  • Content designed to harass, intimidate, threaten, or dox individuals
  • Depictions of graphic violence, gore, or torture

7. Prohibited: Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not use Fun AI Creator to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights:

  • Reproducing copyrighted characters, logos, artworks, or designs without authorization
  • Generating images "in the style of" named artists or creators in a way that appropriates their distinctive work
  • Using trademarked brand names, logos, or trade dress without permission
  • Creating content that misappropriates trade secrets or confidential information
  • Using protected celebrity or person likenesses for commercial purposes without authorization

8. Prohibited: Misleading & Harmful Content

You may not generate content designed to deceive, manipulate, or cause harm in the following domains:

  • Political misinformation: Fake political imagery, forged endorsements, or synthetic media intended to influence elections or public opinion deceptively.
  • Medical misinformation: Fake medical imagery, forged health documents, or content that could endanger public health.
  • Financial fraud: Forged financial documents, fake investment imagery, or deceptive marketing for financial scams.
  • Legal forgery: Fake legal documents, forged signatures, or deceptive court-related imagery.

9. Content Moderation

We employ both automated and human moderation to enforce this policy:

  • Prompt filtering: Text prompts are screened for prohibited content before processing.
  • Upload scanning: Uploaded images may be checked for prohibited content.
  • Output review: Generated content may be reviewed after creation.
  • User reports: Users may report violations, which we investigate promptly.

If our systems detect a violation, we may:

  • Refuse to process the generation (no credits consumed)
  • Delete generated content
  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Report illegal activity to authorities
  • Deny refund requests associated with policy violations

10. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content of your prompts and uploads
  • Ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws
  • How you use, distribute, publish, or commercialize generated output
  • Obtaining any necessary rights, permissions, or consents for your inputs and outputs
  • Any consequences arising from your use of generated content

Fun AI Creator does not monitor all user activity in real-time. The existence of a generation on the platform does not imply our endorsement of its content.

11. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to:

  • Subject line: "Policy Violation Report"
  • Include: Description of the violation, relevant URLs or generation IDs, and your contact information

We investigate all reports within 48 hours and take appropriate action. False or malicious reports may result in account penalties.

12. Appeals

If your content was removed or your account was suspended and you believe this was done in error, you may appeal by emailing support@funaicreator.com with the subject "Appeal" and a detailed explanation. We review appeals within 7 business days.
