- We do not store full credit card numbers — these are handled by our payment processor.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

- Authentication (Supabase Auth / Google OAuth): For account creation, login, and session management. Subject to Supabase Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
- Database (Supabase Postgres): For secure storage of account data, prompts, generation records, and subscription information.
- Media Storage (Cloudflare R2): For storing generated images and videos, and providing temporary download links.
- AI Model Providers: Your prompts, uploaded images, and generation parameters are transmitted to third-party AI services (including but not limited to OpenAI, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, and others) to perform generation. These providers process your data under their own privacy policies and terms. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of the specific model you use.
- Payment Processing (Creem.io): For processing subscriptions and payments. Subject to Creem Privacy Policy.
- Analytics: We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Plausible) to understand platform usage. These services may collect anonymous usage data.
Important: When you generate content, your text prompts and uploaded images are sent to the respective AI model provider's servers for processing. We do not control how these providers store or use your prompt data. Please review each provider's privacy policy before use.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Account information: Retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Generation history & results: Retained for 90 days for free users and indefinitely for paid subscribers (until account deletion or subscription lapse), to allow you to access your creations.
- Prompts & uploaded materials: Retained as part of generation history. If a generation is deleted, associated prompts and uploads are also deleted.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations.
- Support emails & correspondence: Retained for 2 years to assist with ongoing or future support inquiries.
- Server logs: Retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
- Export: Request a machine-readable export of your data.
